This actually a rom hack of Pokemon Fire Red, but the changes begins with the starter pokemon, Drowzee. This one I've actually just started playing, so I'll be brief. Now granted it's not complete, but the amount of content available with each update, and the fact that the game is still regularly updated, even if the timeframe between updates can be long, is enough for your dirty mind to get entranced in the game world and earned it's place as number 1 on my list. Weither you win against female trainers, lose the battle, or just want to see some hot action, this game has it. You play as the female trainer Ellie as she and her partner Cyndaquil travel the region to catch pokemon and collect gym badges, even in the nude. This game is one I've been following for over a year.

Keep in mind that I'm only counting fan games that at least has a playable beta/demo, so anything that is planned or in development do not qualify.
